Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 4 oz (112 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 medium tomato, diced, or ½ cup (125 ml) canned diced tomato
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla wrap

Preparation


 
  • Toss all ingredients in a Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
