Ingredients


Makes: 1 cheese ball (approx. 24 servings)
  • 1 — 8 oz brick light cream cheese
  • 1 C (250 ml) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) pecan or walnut crumbs

Preparation


 
  • Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce and 3 Onion Dip Mix.
  • Form into ball or log.
  • Roll in nuts to coat.

Tip


 

Chef Tip: Cheese balls can be frozen for up to 1 month. Unwrap and thaw to room temperature before serving with crackers or bread.
