Preparation


 
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and return to a boil for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • While beans are cooking, melt butter in Fry Pan. Add sliced almonds and stir until nuts are golden, about 4–5 minutes.
  • Add green beans, lemon juice and Fines Herbes to pan, stirring to coat. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
