Preparation


 
  • Bring Chicken Broth to boil. Add rice or orzo and cook until tender (20 minutes for rice; 10 minutes for orzo).
  • Whisk eggs with Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and lemon juice. Slowly whisk 2 C (500 ml) of hot Broth mixture into egg and lemon mixture. This tempers eggs and prevents curdling.
  • Whisk the tempered egg mixture into remaining Broth.
  • Add chicken and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with Salt and Pepper. Serve immediately.

Tip: Serve with grilled whole-wheat pita wedges.
