Ingredients


Makes: 8 C (2 L)
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb (1 bag) bag store-bought coleslaw mix
  • 2 C (500 ml) bean sprouts
  • 1 recipe prepared Ultimate Asian Sauce
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) chopped unsalted peanuts

Preparation


 
  • Combine peppers, coleslaw mix and bean sprouts in a medium or large serving bowl.
  • Add Asian Sauce or Dressing and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.

Tip
