Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 6 C (1 1/2 L) boiling water
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Pho Broth Mix
  • 2 C (500 ml) cooked rice noodles
  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked, sliced beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu, your choice
  • 2 C (500 ml) sliced vegetables, your choice
  • 2 C (500 ml) bean sprouts
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or mint leaves, optional
  • 4 lime wedges, optional

Preparation


 
  • In a Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , bring water to a boil. Stir in broth mix.
  • In 4 single serving bowls, place equal amounts of noodles with your choice of protein and veggies, and pour hot broth on top.
  • Top with bean sprouts and green onion. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges if desired

Make it vegetarian:Make it with 1 lb (450 g) cubed firmorganic tofu.
