Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Shish Kebab Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 lb (450 g) cubed chicken, lamb, or pork
  • 2 C (500 ml) mixed vegetables, your choice

Preparation


 
  • Combine seasoning and oil in a bowl or resealable bag, add your choice of meat, and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Thread meat and vegetables onto the 12” Metal Skewers.
  • Preheat grill to medium and lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook 6–8 minutes each side until cooked through.
  • Place skewers onto a large platter. Using a 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze lemon or lime overtop and serve.

Tip: Serve with prepared Za’atar Grilled Pita and Dillicious Tzatziki.
