Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • Simple Syrup:
  • 1 C (250 ml) water
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) sugar
  • 2-3 tsp (10 à 15 ml) Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Latte:
  • 2 C (500 ml) milk
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) canned pumpkin
  • 2 C (500 ml) strong brewed coffee

Preparation


 
  • To make simple syrup, boil water, sugar, and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 C over high heat for 1 minute, whisking frequently.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Warm milk in microwave on high for 1 minute, or until steamy.
  • Froth in a Deluxe Milk Frother until frothy.
  • Place 1 Tbsp (15 ml) pumpkin in each cup.
  • Pour coffee into cups. Stir 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) syrup into each cup and refrigerate remaining syrup for another day. Pour in frothed milk and serve.

Tip


 

Tip: Make it special by adding 1 oz (30 ml) dark rum or Grand Marnier.

Tip: Top with Cocoa Crunch or Tutti Fruity whole food sprinkle.
