Preparation


 
  • Pour boiling water over dates and soak for 10 min to soften, set aside.
  • Finely grind almonds in a food processor.
  • Drain and add dates and remaining ingredients except whole food topper and pulse until combined.
  • Form into balls and roll liberally in whole food topper.

Tip


 

Tip: For added crunch, mix in ½ cup crushed nuts.
