Ingredients


Makes: 2 1/2 C (625 ml)
  • 2-3 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, or Hummus Dip Mix
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) warm water
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) tahini — optional

Preparation


 
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Let stand for 1/2 hour before serving.
