A lunch  or dinner worthy side that can also be beautifully layered in a mason jar. Simply put dressing on the bottom of the jar and layer, shake, and enjoy.


Ingredients
4 cups
shredded kale
1 cup
cherry tomatoes

cucumber, sliced

small red onion, thinly sliced

bell pepper, sliced
14 cup prepared
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, or dressing of your choice
14 cup
crumbled feta cheese
