Ingredients


Makes: 1 1/4 cups (310 ml)
  • 1 2/3 C (410 ml) icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 C (250 ml) butter, at room temperature
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) hot coffee
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

Preparation


 
  • Whisk icing sugar and cocoa powder and cream with butter.
  • Slowly beat in hot coffee for approximately 2 minutes, or until glossy.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and immediately spread over cooled cake.
