  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) light sour cream
  • 1 C (250 ml) light cream cheese
  • 1 C (250 ml) low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
  • 375 g (375 g) 1/2 box whole-wheat macaroni, cooked

Preparation


 
  • Combine Seasoning for Nacho Cheese Dip, sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar. Add to cooked macaroni in Baker - French White.
  • Bake at 350° F (175° C) until cheese melts. Serve warm.

Serving Suggestion: Crumble cooked lean ground beef overtop and serve with a side salad.
