Sweet and savoury corn with a hint of smokiness and lime.


Ingredients
14 cup
butter, at room temperature
12 tsp
Chili Seasoning
12 tsp
Chili Lime Sansel
4
ears corn, husked
Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation
  1. Cream together butter, Chili and Chili Lime Sansel in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Fill Multipurpose Pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Add corn and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  3. While still warm, brush corn with prepared Chili Lime Butter and season with Salt. Serve immediately.
Tips

Create delicious herb butters using any of your favourite Herb and Spice Blends.
