Review the Perfectly Balanced Plate section (p. 46) and learn the portions provided in the Portions & Substitutions Chart (p. 44). You can also weigh and measure your food, especially at first, as it is easy to overestimate portions.
Advocate for yourself, share your goals with people you trust, and don’t worry about anyone else’s opinion. This is your personal journey!
You will find everything you need in one Good Food. Real Results. Collection for you and your partner. However, you may want to buy an additional set of journals for your partner, as tracking progress is key to your success.
Never cooked before? No problem. This is a great way to learn how to make great meals, with wholesome foods, fast. And the best part is, we make it super easy to cook delicious meals. The majority of the recipes in this plan are fresh to ready in 20 minutes or less.
The beauty of this program is that it is highly customizable, so you can eat the foods you enjoy most. All recipes can be made gluten free, dairy free, or vegetarian. All breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts are interchangeable, so you can customize as you like. If you see an ingredient that you do not like in a recipe, simply swap it for another ingredient you love using the Portions & Substitutions Chart in your guide.
There is no “cheating.” If you go off-plan, just get right back on and start over! Do a 3-Day Reset if needed. Remember, consistency is key to your success.
