Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Toss apples with lemon juice. Add sugar, Apple Pie Spice and dried fruit, tossing to coat.
  3. Spoon into oven-proof baking dish.
  4. Combine flour, oats and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
  5. Bake 40 minutes.
Tips

Serve with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream or a slice of low-fat cheddar cheese.
