1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) lean ground beef
1 cup water
12 taco shells
Toppings (optional): shredded lettuce, tomatoes, Salsa and grated low-fat cheese.
- Brown beef in fry pan.
- Stir seasoning with water and add to pan. Simmer with beef for 5 min, until thickened.
- Spoon filling into taco shells.
