The sweetness of maple and spiciness of pepper is the perfect seasoning combination for salmon.


Ingredients
3 tbsp
Salmon RubSalmon Rub
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp
maple syrup
1 tsp
Black Pepper, coarsely ground
4 (5 oz/150 g)
salmon fillets
1 - 2 tbsp
oil

Preparation
  1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Coat salmon in oil and place into a Ziploc bag. Pour the contents of the bowl into the bag and shake to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place salmon on grill and grill over indirect heat, to prevent scorching, for approximately 3–4 minutes on each side, or until fish begins to flake. Remove from heat and serve.
