Ingredients
1 12 cups
Nourish BrothorVegetable Broth, prepared
1 cup
frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp
raisins
1 tsp
Curry Seasoning
2 tsp
Apple Pie SpiceApple Pie Spice
1 cup
regular couscous or Israeli couscous

Preparation
  1. In a Multipurpose Pot, bring broth to a boil.
  2. Add vegetables, raisins, curry, and Apple Pie Spice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Tips

Make it gluten free: Use roasted brown rice couscous.
