1 cup
dry instant oats
14 cup
white chocolate chips
14 cup
pumpkin seeds, toasted or untoasted
14 cup
dried mango, coarsely chopped
14 cup
honey
2 tbsp
unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp

Preparation
  1. In a square container, combine oats, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, mango, honey, coconut, Apple Pie Spice, and mix. Using a spoon, press down firmly to pack down. 
  2. Refrigerate 4 hrs until very firm. Cut into eight bars. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
