Hot Broccoli Cheddar Dip
A sneaky way to add more veggies to your party appetizers. So cheesy and creamy!
Ingredients
1 large head broccoli, chopped
1 cupOoey Gooey Queso Hot Dip, prepared
1 tspVegetable Seasoning
Preparation
- Steam broccoli in a Multipurpose Steamer until very tender, about 3 minutes.
- Place broccoli in blender, along with about 2 tbsp water. Blend until smooth.
- Return to steamer and combine blended broccoli with dip and seasoning. Microwave on high until dip is warmed through.
- Serve with veggies or small crackers.
