You’ll be a hero when you make these moist cookies. They are gluten free, vegan, and dairy free!
2 large bananas
1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp Cocoa Crunch or Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Use a food processor or a blender to combine all ingredients.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoonful 3” apart onto on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Lightly flatten cookies with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly browned at edges.
