Ingredients

Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Steamer, combine meat, and 1 tbsp soy sauce, and seasoning. Cover and microwave on high until meat is cooked through, 3–5 min.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together dressing mix, rice vinegar, remaining soy sauce, and oil. Add coleslaw; toss to mix.
  3. To serve, spoon meat into each lettuce leaf (use 2 leaves per wrap for a heartier serving) and top with slaw and wonton crisps, if desired. 
Tips

Make it vegetarian by swapping meat for 1 lb (450 g) ground soy.

Serve with 1 cup sliced vegetables, 12 cup cooked rice, and 2 tbsp prepared Chipotle Aioli.
