A delicious twist on a traditional cheese ball.


Ingredients
1 pkg
(8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
12 cup
grated low-fat cheddar cheese
2 tsp
Mango Curry Dip Mix
12 cup
mango chutney
1 cup
chopped pecans
2 tsp

Preparation
  1. Soften cheeses to room temperature and blend with Mango Curry Dip Mix. Form into a ball.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Coat the cheese ball with this mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge a half-hour before serving with crackers.
