1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini, optional
- Drain and reserve liquid from chickpeas. Rinse chickpeas; place in a food processor with 1⁄4 cup reserved liquid.
- Add dip mix, lemon juice, and tahini, if using.
- Blend until smooth, about 1–2 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
