Chinese Five Spice Wings

A blend of spices used primarily in most Chinese regional cuisines. The rich, full flavour is perfect for chicken.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken wings
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Toss wings with seasoning and soy sauce. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 25 – 30 min or until cooked through.

Tips
Prefer saucy wings? In a bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly or honey, 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce, and 1⁄2 tsp seasoning. Toss cooked wings in prepared sauce.
