Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Combine chicken, egg whites, and dip mixes in a mixing bowl.
  2. With water-moistened hands, form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Cook burgers in a grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a food-safe internal temperature of 165º F (74º C).
  4. Combine mango, blueberries and reserved Poco Picante Mix in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
  5. Place burgers on buns. Top with lettuce and prepared salsa and serve immediately.
Tips

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite prepared Epicure Dressing.
