1⁄2 cup spreadable low-fat cream cheese
1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
24 cherry tomatoes, top and seeds removed
- Combine first three ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
- Turn trimmed tomatoes upside down on paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible. Reserve tops, if desired.
- Using a very small spoon, fill each cherry tomato with cream cheese mixture. Replace tomato top for a fun presentation.
