Ingredients
1 cup
dates
12 cup
almonds
14 cup
unsweetened coconut
3 tbsp
Belgian Milk Chocolate
1 tsp
honey
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Pour boiling water over dates and soak for 10 min to soften, set aside. 
  2. Finely grind almonds in a food processor. 
  3. Drain and add dates and remaining ingredients and pulse until combined. 
  4. Form into balls. 
Tips

For added crunch, mix in 12 cup crushed nuts.
