Better Than Bacon & Blue Cheese Wedges

Ingredients
4 heads Romaine lettuce, washed
1 cup blue cheese dressing
Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste
Preparation
- Cut lettuce into small wedges. Be sure to leave core intact so the wedges stay together. Arrange on a platter.
- Drizzle blue cheese dressing over wedges.
- Generously shake Better Than Bacon Topper overtop.
