Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
  2. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. Place lemon slices over all. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and pour over ribs.
  4. Reduce temperature to 350° F (175° C) and continue cooking an additional 30–40 minutes, until ribs are knife-tender. Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes. If sauce gets too thick, add more water.

Prepare ribs ahead of time and save sauce. Grill ribs, occasionally brushing with sauce, for 3–5 minutes per side. Reheat remaining sauce and toss ribs to coat.
