Break out the pita, it’s tzatziki time. Easy, creamy, yummy tzatziki drizzled on souvlaki, donair, and so much more! Tzaziki makes the perfect dip for dunking veggies, spanakopita, oven fries and is the best summer sauce for grilled veggies.

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 cup grated cucumber (patted dry)
Sea Salt (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized serving bowl.
  2. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour before serving.
