1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Cut 3 yams into cubes (about 3 cups).
3. Mixyams, 1 tbsp oil, 1lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs and Sweet Garlic Chicken seasoning in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
4. Arrange on a lined sheet pan.
5. Roast in oven for 16 – 18 min, or until cooked.
