Make, take, and wow 'em! Perfect for camping, bbqs, and block parties!
Ingredients
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 - 3 tbsp Better Than Bacon
Preparation
- Stir butter with Better than Bacon Topper and lemon juice.
- On waxed paper or plastic wrap, form butter into a log about 8 inches long. Roll up and seal.
- Refrigerate until firm, 20 minutes, then slice into coins. Serve with Corn on the Cob.
