Ingredients

2 lbs (900 g) strawberries
1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
½ pkg Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake Mix
2 tbsp milk, your choice

Preparation

  1. Remove stems from strawberries, then core using a paring knife. Set aside.
  2. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat cream cheese, mix, and milk on medium until smooth, about 2 min. It should look like buttercream.
  3. Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into cored strawberries.
