1. COMBINE 2 tbsp mix into 1 cup water.
2. COOK over medium-high heat until gravy comes to a boil, simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly until thickened OR MICROWAVE in a 4 cup bowl uncovered for 3 minutes until bubbly and thickened. Stop and stir halfway.
3. SERVE on roasted meat, poutine, mashed potatoes and veggies.
