Ingredients

1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning
5 lbs (2.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder or butt roast
1 cup ketchup
½ cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water

Preparation

  1. COMBINE seasoning with 1 cup ketchup, ½ cup vinegar, ½ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup water in a slow cooker.
  2. ADD 5 lb (2.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder roast and turn to coat with sauce.
  3. COVER & COOK for 6 hrs on low or for 3 hrs on high.
  4. PULL pork into shreds with two forks. Stir into sauce.
  5. SERVE on crusty rolls, nachos, baked potatoes, or pizza, if desired.
