Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta, your choice
  • 1/3 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Boil 2 cups of your choice of pasta in water until tender.
  2. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
  3. Add 1/3 cup milk, 2 Tbsp butter, and the Mac & Cheese Seasoning.
  4. Mix until the cheese is melted and creamy.

Recipe Note

Chicken Mac & Cheese: Stir in 1/2 lb cooked chicken strips and 2 cups steamed broccoli for a full meal.

Mexi Mac & Cheese: Add 1 cup salsa, topped with crushed tortilla chips, extra cheese, and avocado.
