1. Pierce the sweet potatoes several times with a fork. Place in a silicone steamer. Microwave covered on high for 15 mins or until tender.
2. Meanwhile, dice the celery and pickle; place in a bowl. Add dip mix, tuna, yogurt, and mayo. In a separate bowl, mash avocados.
3. Slice cooked potatoes across the top lengthwise; don't cut all the way through. Using a fork, fluff the inside and top with mashed avocado and the tuna mixture.
