A little spicy, very satisfying – and so simple. Kids love the melted cheese! Make it in the oven or the microwave.

Ingredients

1 tbsp lime juice
2/3 cup cold water
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
1 can (19 oz/540 g) black beans
grated cheese (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In food processor, combine beans with dip mix, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon into heat-proof serving dish. Top with grated cheese and heat in oven until bubbling.
