A heavenly match of grilled salmon with a creamy sauce, featuring flavour notes of lemon and dill.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped cucumber
4 (4 oz/ 113 g) skinless salmon fillets
3 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
Black Pepper (to taste)
SPG (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
4 whole-wheat buns
8 lettuce leaves
1/2 cup prepared Lemon Dilly Dip

Preparation

  1. Brush salmon with oil, then sprinkle Lemon Dilly seasoning overtop. Season with SPG to taste.
  2. Grill on the barbecue over medium heat for 10 minutes, until cooked through. Flip half-way through cooking.
  3. For sauce, stir Lemon Dilly Dip with cucumber
  4. To assemble, spread Lemon Dilly sauce over bottom half of buns. Top with lettuce, then salmon. Cover with top bun halves and serve.
