A refreshing dip with lots of flavour - great served with pita crisps.

Ingredients

1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 red onion (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
Black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Spread on a plate and top with tomato, cucumber and red onion.
  3. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and coarsely grind Black Pepper overtop, if desired.
