The best mashed potatoes you will ever make. Creamy, garlicky and perfect every time. 

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) potatoes, peeled and quartered
2/3 cup of milk
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender (about 15 - 20 minutes)
  2. Meanwhile, heat milk with seasoning in a small pot
  3. Mash or whip potatoes until lump-free. Add heated milk mixture, olive oil and salt, stirring until smooth.

Recipe Note

Swap olive oil for 2tbsp butter or if you are looking for a lighter version, skip the oil and use additional Herb & Garlic.  Leave the potatoes peels on for added fibre.
