Golden, crunchy, and endlessly dippable, Crispy & Crunchy Chicken Strips are a no-stress, gluten-free dinner that everyone can get behind.

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast fillets (about 16)
2 tbsp mayo or 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix
Oil, for brushing

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Coat 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast fillets (about 16) in 2 tbsp mayo or 2% plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Place the mix in a shallow dish. Add chicken pieces one at a time; using tongs, toss to evenly coat.
  4. Place an oven-safe cooling rack on a lined sheet pan; lightly brush rack with oil to prevent sticking. Spread out chicken strips on the rack.
  5. Bake in a preheated 425° F oven for 18–20 min.
