To Freeze Burgers
Layer patties with parchment – Place a piece of parchment or wax paper between patties so they don’t stick together.
Wrap or seal – Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil, or place in a freezer-safe bag/container. Remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn.
Label – Write the date and contents. Raw patties keep well for up to 3 months.
Cook from frozen – No need to thaw; just cook a little longer than fresh (about 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness).
