1 pkg Lemon Garlic Chicken Seasoning
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon zest, optional

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F. In a 9 X 9-inch square baking pan, combine ricotta, seasoning, pepper, and lemon zest, if using. Bake, uncovered, 15 min or until warm and cheese is bubbly. Top with extra lemon zest, if desired. Serve with crackers or sliced veggies.
