Makes: 36 servings
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 recipe prepared Hot Artichoke Dip, about 1½ C (325 ml)
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) chopped chives, optional


  • Preheat oven to 325° F. Generously oil a Perfect Petites and place on a Sheet Pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in dip.
  • Using a 1-Tbsp measure as a guide, spoon into Perfect Petites; sprinkle with chives, if desired. Bake until puffy and firm, 15–20 min, rotating baking sheet halfway through cooking time.
  • Pop out of mold; serve warm. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in a low oven or serve at room temperature.



Tip: Kick it up a notch: serve each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with more chives.
