Ingredients


Makes: 4 Servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) extra lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Burger Seasoning
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) grated light cheddar or crumbled fresh cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 C (500 ml) torn lettuce
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Big Burger Sauce, prepared

Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, combine first three ingredients. Form mixture into four patties.
  • Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 4 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (70° C).
  • Top patties with cheese to melt during last minute of cooking.
  • Place on bottom halves of buns, then divide lettuce on top; add toppings. Spread top bun halves with Big Burger Sauce, then cover.
