Ingredients


Makes: 8 servings
  • 1 bag (11 oz/340 g) tortilla chips
  • 1 recipe prepared Butter Chicken, warmed
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix, prepared
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) milk or water, optional
  • 2 C (500 ml) baby spinach

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Arrange chips on Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll.
  • Layer chips with butter chicken. Top with cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is melted, about 8–10 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine aioli with milk to thin, if desired.
  • Top warm nachos with spinach; drizzle with aioli.

Tip


 

Tip: Make it veggie and swap chicken for chickpeas when preparing Butter Chicken.
