Ingredients


Makes: 4–6 servings
  • 1 recipe prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 8 C (2 L) cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper, diced or sliced
  • 1 green pepper, diced or sliced
  • 2 C (500 ml) diced or sliced celery

Preparation


 
  • Prepare Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  • Toss with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve now or marinate in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
